This role, within our Cybersecurity Assessments Delivery Office, will be responsible for day to day service delivery of security assessments across JPMC. You will be supporting the execution of technical security assessments, including red teaming, purple teaming and penetration testing. Note that this is not a technical execution role, it is a service delivery role supporting execution of technical security assessments. Candidates should be able to demonstrate interest in general Cybersecurity principles and have experience of program and project delivery processes in large scale organizations. The role involves a high level of stakeholder management and will suit an individual with excellent client facing skills. An applicant from a security consulting firm or a financial services background will have a distinct advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage multiple security assessment projects across global teams while maintaining a high degree of communication between multiple stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Anticipate and resolve roadblocks that impact SLAs within the security assessment lifecycle.
- Assist with providing ad-hoc reports and understanding of how to present management information to senior stakeholders.
- Analysis of processes to identify automation, streamlining and improvement opportunities to accomplish common goals.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and operational excellence.
- Build partnerships with security assessment teams based in the US, UK and Singapore.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Good understanding of penetration testing, red teaming, purple teaming and other security assessment activities is preferred but not essential.
- Proven experience with logistical demand of clients and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities to anticipate and resolve challenges.
- Communicate with a diverse audience, including verbal, written and where necessary using presentation techniques in English.
- Proven commercial experience with Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in automation tasks, mainly with Python.
- Knowledge on Data Analytics with Qlick Sense.
