As Proposition Manager – UK Savings, you'll play an important role in developing & managing our savings proposition in the UK Market. This includes understanding customer needs, market dynamics, pricing, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality propositions that drive customer acquisition, engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Help define and execute the product strategy for UK Savings, including proposition design and pricing.
- Develop and execute commercial initiatives to drive market share, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities to inform product decisions.
- Manage propositions in market, working across functions to deliver good customer outcomes and high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyse product and campaign performance, and implement improvements.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Ability to analyse data, interpret trends, and translate strategy into actionable plans and initiatives.
- Deep understanding of commercial drivers and savings pricing strategies.
- Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
- Experience managing propositions in market, including understanding of market dynamic and UK regulatory environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence senior stakeholders through briefings and presentations.
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in proposition, commercial or marketing functions are preferred.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, digital-first environment.
