If trade support and special purpose vehicles are your strengths, this role is for you. You will support bespoke deals issued through a repackaging platform, partnering with internal teams and external service providers to keep day-to-day activity running smoothly.As a Trade Support Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) Analyst in JPMorganChase, you will focus on run-the-business activities, including core daily checks and reconciliations, event monitoring, execution of scripted MIS/reporting, and processing of straightforward, repeatable trades within the product suite. You will interact with internal stakeholders in the business, internal and external legal counsel and operational support teams, as well as external service providers to support the deals helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of BAU activities.Job responsibilitiesAssist with front to back, and cross-asset class Middle Office support for Trading, Structuring, Sales, Finance and Legal Co-ordinate straightforward SPV new issuance activity, providing operational support from Trade date until Issue dateAssist with straightforward cost calculations for new SPV activityPerform daily controls, including reconciliation of cash balances and lifecycle checksMonitor event activity and support coupon fixing, payments, and corporate actions processingAssist with KPIs and exceptions to ensure timely resolution and escalationEnsure the smooth settlement of straightforward SPV Repackaging trades, providing multi-team coordinationServe as a primary contact for external service providers to ensure settlement instructions are in place and stakeholders are informedMaintain accurate records for all repeatable issuances and lifecycle activityHelp with day-to-day query management associated with core daily tasksRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsKnowledge of operational trade supportStrong time management and organizational skills – the ability to multi-task effectivelyProactive problem solving; taking ownership of issues through to resolutionClear communication skills and an ability to collaborate with multiple teamsStrong attention to detailGreat team player able to work in a pressurized and changing environmentStrong analytical and numerical skillsTechnical skills, especially in Excel and PythonPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsVBA experiencePrior experience of Special Purpose Vehicles J.P.
