b Overview /b p As Technology Risk Controls Engagement Lead, you will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and assess cybersecurity and technology controls within the firm’s risk framework. You’ll influence stakeholders to develop strategic, risk-aligned responses and support a robust risk management program. Your insights will help elevate compliance with standards and support senior management with actionable risk guidance. You will engage in cross-functional work and help shape the bank’s approach to cybersecurity, control effectiveness, and risk culture. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead audits, testing and regulatory activities with timely, accurate, and traceable outputs for review by senior management and risk governance lines /li li Identify, assess and manage cybersecurity and technology risks within the 1LOD framework; raise issues promptly and propose sustainable remediation /li li Collaborate with 1LOD risk/control functions, cybersecurity and tech teams to conduct risk reviews and control assessments /li li Prepare and deliver risk reports and governance materials for senior forums and committees /li li Contribute or lead transformation initiatives in regulatory engagement and 1LOD control management, including AI innovations /li li Assist in identifying, assessing and communicating technology risks /li li Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve shared goals /li li Identify gaps and suggest improvements to strengthen risk posture /li li Analyze complex situations/data, advise on risk strategies and support mitigation implementations /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 5+ years of experience in technology and/or cybersecurity risk and control management with focus on regulatory compliance in financial services /li li Ability to navigate and collaborate within a large organization /li li Strong analytical skills with interest in AI to support 1LOD risk and control management /li li Familiarity with risk management frameworks and industry standards /li li Commitment to learning and developing risk management skills /li li Ability to analyze data and derive meaningful risk insights /li /ul ul li collaboration across large organizations /li li strong analytical mindset /li li communication with senior stakeholders /li li risk assessments and control testing /li li regulatory engagement and governance reporting /li li 1LOD risk and control management /li /ul
