This role offers impact at scale within a renowned financial services firm. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead evaluation and implementation of cybersecurity principles, processes, and controls across technology assessments /li li Provide cybersecurity architecture guidance to support business and regulatory requirements /li li Develop and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity reference architecture /li li Act as subject matter expert in cybersecurity for technology teams and business partners /li li Conduct security assessments, threat modelling, and risk assessments on design proposals /li li Advocate for firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices within secure Software Development Life Cycle /li li Influence technology decisions by improving implementation patterns and architectural design /li li Ensure security of modern technologies including public cloud, AI/ML, mobile /li li Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables for security design and implementation /li li Partner with Global Technology and other teams to oversee security design and implementation /li li Contribute to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Formal training or certification in architecture concepts /li li 5+ years of applied experience /li li Background in infrastructure, system administration, and secure software development lifecycle (desired) /li li Experience in security products, risk management, information security standards, and incident response methodologies /li li Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages or scripts /li li Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity architecture and at least one technical discipline (e.g., public cloud, AI/ML, mobile) /li li Advanced knowledge of enterprise networking and network security controls /li li Understanding of Identity and Access Management systems (SSO, OAuth, SAML, AD/ADFS, PAM, RBAC) /li li Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently /li /ul ul li Excellent verbal and written communication /li li Professional interaction with diverse groups, including executives /li li Leadership or mentorship experience /li li Cybersecurity architecture /li li Threat modelling /li li Risk assessment and incident response methodologies /li /ul
