b Overview /b p In this Governance Associate role, you support the oversight framework for risk management and compliance activities within North America. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to govern the New Product Assessment program and legal entity risk governance, driving transparency and timely execution. The position focuses on improving governance processes, reporting, and stakeholder training to sustain a resilient risk culture. This is an opportunity to influence how new products are assessed and how regulatory expectations are met, in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li equal opportunity employer /li li diversity and inclusion /li li accommodations for religious practices, mental/physical health needs /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Support governance of the New Product Assessment program for Commercial Investment Bank Risk operating model /li li Maintain governance docs and provide stakeholder training /li li Collaborate with firmwide and NAB New Product Assessment teams and governance forums /li li Manage New Product Assessment reporting and identify automation opportunities /li li Provide admin support for selected New Product Assessments and track timely completion /li li Contribute to prioritization and implementation of enhancements to the New Product Assessment program /li li Support North America legal entity risk governance activities /li li Assist in preparing information for regulatory requests /li li Prepare materials for legal entity governance meetings and risk forums /li li Participate in or lead projects impacting legal entity risk management in North America /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Relevant experience in financial services or related field with exposure to risk management, compliance, internal or external audit, or control functions /li li Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders /li li Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI and large language model capabilities /li li Demonstrated organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities /li li Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-minded /li li Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization /li li Bachelors degree /li /ul ul li Communication skills /li li Stakeholder management /li li Organizational skills /li li Microsoft Excel /li li Microsoft Word /li li Microsoft PowerPoint /li /ul
