Quantitative Trading & Research – Securities Services, Payments and CIB Treasury – Associate or Vice President

b Overview /b p In this role you will tackle technically complex business problems by applying advanced quantitative methods and AI/ML at scale. You will partner with business teams to identify pain points and iterate practical solutions, leveraging data infrastructure and cloud capabilities. You’ll develop ML-driven analytics, automate processes, and build decision-support tools to optimize liquidity, deposits, and net interest income. The position offers involvement in cross-team data strategy and real-world impact across CIB Treasury and related functions. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Develop AI/ML-driven analytics and automation aligned with business goals /li li Design scalable data architectures to manage large volumes of transaction data /li li Automate manual processes and build tools for decision-making and deposit management /li li Create sequential decision-making tools to optimize net interest income under liquidity and balance sheet constraints /li li Drive projects end-to-end from ideation to model development and deployment /li li Present findings to stakeholders to enable commercial decisions /li li Use data visualization to communicate quantitative insights for decision-making /li li Collaborate with Quantitative Research, CIB Treasury, CIO, and CDAO to advance the data strategy /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Advanced degree in a quantitative field (PhD or MS) or equivalent /li li Strong ML, statistics, and mathematics foundations with practical application /li li Experience tackling real-world data science problems end-to-end in Python /li li Excellent verbal and written communication with non-technical audiences /li /ul ul li learning mindset /li li collaboration /li li delivery-focused /li li Machine Learning /li li Statistics /li li Python /li /ul
