Job Responsibilities:

- Coach product teams toward outcome-driven product management.
- Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders to define clear product outcomes, customer value measures, and success metrics.
- Strengthen product discovery and validation through customer-centric practices.
- Improve product operating model maturity
- Help teams adopt effective product operating model practices that align strategy, execution, and measurement.
- Facilitate strategic prioritization
- Guide leadership teams through product planning, roadmap development, investment trade-offs, and prioritization discussions.
- Use data to improve product decisions

Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management or related leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience developing product management capabilities across multiple teams.
- Strong understanding of modern product management disciplines.
- Experience implementing or operating within a Product Operating Model.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to use metrics to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
- Foundational GenAI fluency and practical application of AI capabilities.
- Comfortable working with engineering, design, data, and business teams.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience coaching Product Managers and advising clients on product transformation.
- Formal certifications or training in Product Management or related disciplines.
- Experience building AI-powered proof of concepts using low-code/no-code tools.
- Familiarity with product analytics and outcome-based performance tracking.
- Understanding of enterprise AI governance and secure AI adoption practices.
