Be part of a culture that values partnership, growth, and excellence.Job Summary:As an Analyst in the UK & Ireland Private Side FX & Interest Rate Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our coverage of corporate clients. You will work closely with colleagues across Sales, Trading, Structuring, and Investment Banking to deliver tailored solutions that address client needs. In this role, you will develop your technical expertise, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the team’s success.Job Responsibilities:Support senior sales colleagues in achieving sales targets and business objectivesManage a portfolio of corporate banking clients, providing high-quality service and solutionsBuild and maintain relationships with corporate clients, understanding their requirements and delivering bespoke risk management strategiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase market shareCollaborate with internal teams, including Trading, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, and Operations, to ensure seamless client deliveryMonitor market trends and developments, offering clients timely insights and advice on risk managementPrepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior managementEnsure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policiesRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Demonstrated technical ability in interest rate derivative productsExperience in sales covering corporate clientsAbility to understand and price both simple and complex derivative productsStrong interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levelsSelf-motivation and initiative to identify new client opportunities and generate trade ideasAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressureReliable team player with a collaborative approachFluency in EnglishBachelor’s degree (or equivalent)Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Experience working on a rates derivatives sales deskThis role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.J.P.
