In this role you will oversee pension operations such as transfers, drawdown, and contributions, ensuring a smooth customer journey. You’ll work with internal teams to resolve issues and support ongoing process improvements within a global bank’s pensions function. The position is part of an ambitious growth-focused team that values expertise, compliance, and a strong customer experience. You will contribute to strategic change initiatives and maintain up-to-date pension product knowledge, all while coordinating across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage pension operations functions including transfers, drawdown, and contributions
  • Process end-to-end transfer journeys for customers
  • Contribute to process improvements and change initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pension products and procedures
  • Ensure regulatory and policy compliance
  • Support implementation of strategic change initiatives
  • Prioritize and manage workload across multiple workstreams

Key requirements

  • Understanding of personal pension transfer, contributions and drawdown processes
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize workload
  • Passion for delivering seamless end-to-end customer experience
  • Ability to engage in debate on customer experience and assist customers
  • Curiosity and a will to succeed
  • Ability to work in the office on a full-time basis
