Overview
As Screening Manager in Global Workforce Screening, you lead the EMEA program, balancing case volume with quality and deadlines. You oversee an operational team, drive process improvements, and ensure governance and controls across the screening lifecycle. You collaborate with HR, Compliance, Technology, and regional partners to deliver initiatives and optimize the stakeholder experience. You play a key role in pre-employment screening expertise while supporting the regional director and governance framework.
Responsibilities
- Lead the EMEA book of work, managing tactical and strategic projects from start to finish
- Partner with Technology, HR, Employee Relations, Sourcing, and project teams to define requirements and deliver
- Prepare project materials, scorecards, and regular status updates
- Ensure adherence to the screening governance framework and documentation standards
- Oversee vendor management aligned with governance expectations and service requirements
- Execute change management, including impact assessment and stakeholder engagement
- Identify, implement, and monitor process improvements and KPIs with the Operations Manager
- Enhance the experience framework to optimize the screening process for stakeholders
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate to maintain timelines and quality
- Support additional duties and projects as directed by senior managers
- Provide subject matter expertise on pre-employment screening for regional coverage
Key requirements
- Experience in pre-employment screening within an EMEA/global remit
- Proven ability to plan and deliver multi-location projects with project management principles
- Success leading operational or technology change and process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with risk and controls, data privacy programs, and process improvement methodologies
