Overview
In this Lead UX Designer role, you will shape intuitive web and mobile experiences for clients within the digital wealth platform. You’ll collaborate with researchers, product, engineers, and others to drive customer-led products from discovery through delivery. Your work will influence client experience and contribute to a high-performing, supportive team culture. This is an opportunity to impact scalable, accessible designs that align with the company’s mission of clear, transparent digital wealth management.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design initiatives across mobile and web
- Own design direction from problem framing to execution
- Create high-quality outputs: journeys, IA, flows, prototypes, UI, specifications
- Drive discovery-to-delivery loop with Research and Product to iterate on insights
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across touchpoints
- Align goals with Product and Engineering leadership; define milestones and success criteria
- Present design recommendations to senior stakeholders based on user needs and business drivers
- Identify and mitigate risks to design quality or delivery early
- Champion use of the design system and improve patterns/components
- Maintain high standards in design documentation and hand-off quality
- Manage and develop a direct report and contribute to team culture
Key requirements
- Hands-on Product/UX Designer experience delivering customer-facing products on mobile and web
- Ability to lead complex initiatives end-to-end with a strong outcomes-focused portfolio
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior audiences
- Strong systems thinking for scale, consistency, and maintainability
- Experience applying research and usability testing; comfortable with test-and-iterate methods
- Expert proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows
- Experience managing at least one team member or demonstrated coaching capability
