Overview
In this role you will partner with the UK business to design and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive commercial growth and deepen client relationships. You’ll operate at the intersection of creativity, data, and strategy, collaborating with distribution, product, and investment teams to deliver impactful marketing in the UK. Based at the Victoria Embankment, you’ll contribute to a global marketing framework while tailoring local campaigns. You’ll work on scalable, AI-enabled and tech-driven marketing initiatives that enhance client experience and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, email, social media, and paid channels aligned to business objectives
- Support development and delivery of client engagement strategies tied to commercial priorities and client needs
- Analyse campaign performance and engagement data to generate actionable recommendations
- Identify and implement opportunities to use technology, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities for efficiency, personalization, and scalability
- Lead and contribute to strategic projects to improve client experience, marketing capabilities, and regulatory readiness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing, distribution, product strategy, and investment teams for alignment
- Support effective marketing governance, operational excellence, and clear stakeholder communication
Key requirements
- Formal training or certification on marketing concepts and applied experience
- Demonstrated experience in asset management, financial services, or another regulated industry
- Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability to interpret and leverage data to assess marketing performance and inform decisions
- Experience using marketing technology platforms including CRM, digital marketing tools, and marketing automation
- Confident communicator and collaborator with a track record of building cross-functional relationships
