Overview
In this role you support the credit derivatives trade lifecycle, ensuring accurate capture, reconciliation, and progression of trades while addressing client and internal inquiries with quality and risk awareness. You collaborate across operations, technology, and external custodians to resolve issues and improve processes, contributing to a reliable client experience. You will tackle problems hands-on, drive continuous improvement, and uphold strong control practices. This position sits at the intersection of client service, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration, offering visibility into complex CDS activity and system-driven processing.
Responsibilities
- Book and allocate trades accurately and on time across the trade lifecycle
- Respond to client queries with clear, timely updates through resolution
- Perform control reconciliations to validate positions and processing accuracy
- Investigate settlements and confirmations exceptions and drive solutions to closure
- Support operational projects and ad hoc initiatives including process enhancements and new system implementations
