Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end program execution for large-scale transformation initiatives with clearly defined scope, milestones, and outcomes
  • Build and maintain integrated plans across workstreams including timelines, dependencies, and rollouts to enable on-time delivery
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams to surface delivery risks and trade-offs and translate requirements into plans
  • Own delivery hygiene and governance inputs (RAID, status reporting, action tracking, steering materials) for decision-ready visibility
  • Drive iterative delivery practices with Agile and hybrid cadences (sprint planning, PI planning inputs, retrospectives, delivery metrics)
  • Identify and mitigate risks and blockers, coordinating issue resolution and contingency planning with program leadership
  • Develop clear, data-driven reporting and dashboards to communicate progress, outcomes, and trends to stakeholders
  • Enable stakeholder engagement and change readiness through communications, workshops, and training coordination
  • Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency by standardizing, automating, and simplifying delivery workflows
  • Build AI fluency and consider agentic tools where appropriate to improve delivery execution and transparency (with governance)

Key requirements

  • Formal training or certification on technical program management concepts and advanced applied experience in a large organization
  • Experience supporting cross-functional technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders and timelines
  • Strong analytical skills to track program performance and support data-driven decisions (KPIs/OKRs, delivery metrics)
  • Working knowledge of risk, dependency, and issue management with RAID artifacts and escalation/mitigation plans
  • Familiarity with delivery methodologies and tools (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) in hybrid environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to produce stakeholder-ready materials
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical fluency with modern systems and digital tools for cross-functional collaboration
  • AI fluency and curiosity to apply agentic tools to improve delivery and transparency
