Overview
In this Strategy Associate role, you will help shape AI adoption at scale within J.P. Morgan’s AI Enablement team. You’ll support the PMO for AI upskilling and partner with senior stakeholders to translate strategy into execution. You will act in a Chief of Staff capacity, coordinating across AI pillars and surfacing dependencies and risks to enable informed decision-making. You’ll work in a fast-paced, agile environment, bridging strategy and operation to deliver measurable commercial impact through AI.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex information into executive insights, recommendations and actions
- Drive planning across priorities, highlighting dependencies, risks, blockers and decisions
- Apply structured problem-solving to strategic priorities
- Coordinate initiatives across AI Enablement pillars and flex support as priorities evolve
- Develop reporting and insights on AI adoption, engagement and impact
- Support stakeholder engagement, coordinating actions and follow-through
- Maintain governance and operating rhythms across the portfolio
Key requirements
- Working knowledge of AI with ability to apply it to business workflows
- Experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, or a Chief of Staff role
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong PowerPoint, executive communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative information into practical insights
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
