Overview
As Product Manager in Core Deal Services, you’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle of value-driven products and platforms for banking solutions. You’ll champion AI-first approaches to create reusable capabilities used across lines of business, acting as the voice of the customer. You will guide launches, gather feedback, and ensure scalable, compliant, high-quality products with strong client experiences. You’ll collaborate with engineering, controls, finance, and legal to deliver market-ready solutions and continuous improvements.

Responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers customer value
- Leads discovery and market research to shape the roadmap
- Maintains and evolves the product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap
- Leverages AI to support research, ideation, prototyping, and requirements
- Defines and tracks key success metrics (cost, features, risk, reliability)
- Sets OKRs with Product Operations and monitors KPIs
- Owns reliability, compliance, and performance of solutions
- Maintains product documentation and governance/adherence to regulatory requirements
- Partners with controls, finance, compliance, legal, technology and GTM teams to deliver and enhance solutions
Key requirements
- Formal training or certification on technical program management concepts and advanced applied experience in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Excellent communication skills with senior leaders and cross-functional alignment
- Experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects across time zones in a matrixed organization
- Demonstrated ability to work across products and adapt to emerging technologies and priorities
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on data and reporting experience
