Overview
As VP, Platform Product Manager for Employee Experience, you shape the strategy and execution of core platform capabilities that empower product teams to move faster and more reliably. You will lead cross-functional platform initiatives spanning shared services, AI enablement, developer experience, and governance, ensuring scalable and secure solutions aligned with business outcomes. You’ll partner with engineering, design, data, and architecture to drive adoption, precision, and operational excellence, while communicating impact to senior leaders. "
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive platform strategy for Employee Experience capabilities
- Own platform roadmaps and investment priorities across shared services and reusable components
- Partner with engineering, architecture, design, data, and business stakeholders to identify needs and reuse opportunities
- Evaluate and drive AI-powered experiences, platform accelerators, automation frameworks, and developer productivity tools
- Use adoption, operational, customer feedback, and product performance data to guide prioritization
- Drive platform reliability, scalability, governance, risk management, and lifecycle planning
- Mentor product professionals and foster collaboration, experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Present strategy, roadmaps, investment recommendations, risks, and outcomes to senior leaders
Key requirements
- Proven product management experience with ownership of technology platforms, enterprise products, or large-scale digital capabilities
- Strong understanding of product operating models, agile delivery, and SDLC
- Experience partnering with engineering, architecture, design, data, and control organizations
- Ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes
- Experience balancing multiple stakeholder priorities within complex enterprise environments
- Strong analytical, written communication, and executive presentation skills
- Ability to influence across organizational boundaries without direct authority
- Experience with platform ecosystems, APIs, integrations, enterprise architecture, or developer-facing products
