Product Manager Associate (hybrid) in London

In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams and help drive the successful execution of martech projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and efficient use of resources. Assist in building platform capabilities and monitoring KPIs to measure the success of initiatives. Collaborate with engineering, data and marketing partners to specify feature details, create user stories, manage scrum ceremonies, drive Agile delivery and UAT.Provide data-backed recommendations across multiple concurrent projects; assist in designing and implementing product testing strategies around these recommendations. Help prioritise and manage trade-offs to ensure successful delivery of features to production that meet customer needs. Drive user adoption and satisfaction through effective communication and training programs. Strong organisation and project coordination, with familiarity using Agile methodologies and expertise supporting complex projects. Strong analytical skills to help identify and resolve issues effectively.
