Overview
In this role, you automate portfolio reporting and governance for JP Morgan Personal Investing, scaling reporting, dashboards, and decision-ready packs. You’ll integrate Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and AI to support PDLC-aligned governance and risk management. You will contribute to delivering timely decisions in senior forums and improve processes to reduce manual work. The opportunity centers on shaping efficient, auditable product delivery at scale with cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated portfolio reporting from Jira and Confluence with data normalization across teams
- Define and maintain a KPI dictionary and automate KPI computation (e.g., WIP, aging, cycle time, evidence completeness)
- Produce executive-ready weekly portfolio packs highlighting exceptions, risks, milestones and decisions needed
- Embed the Product Delivery Lifecycle (PDLC) with evidence tracking for auditable, decision-ready initiatives
- Design and operate SharePoint sites/lists/libraries to govern meetings, agendas, actions, and artefact cataloguing
- Support and represent the PMO Manager in senior governance forums (MD forums): prep agendas, keep meetings on time, capture decisions/actions, follow-up
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to tools, templates and ways of working to reduce manual effort
- Apply AI/automation methods to streamline PMO workflows with validation and controls
Key requirements
- 4–6 years of PMO/portfolio operations or similar roles in complex, matrixed organizations
- Hands-on Python coding ability with automation for reporting/analytics
- Strong experience with Jira and Confluence (queries/filters, workflows, custom fields, data handling)
- Advanced SharePoint skills (lists/libraries, permissions, information architecture) for governance management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to define metrics and handle data edge cases
- Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of executive-ready narratives and facilitating outcomes
