As a Payments Trade & Working Capital Commercialization Product Associate in Trade & Working Capital, you play a crucial role in understanding our clients’ needs and our market opportunity, supporting the product development process, and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that help us compete. Working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the commercial success of our product offerings. Job responsibilities:
- Analyze competitive metrics and market data to find new business opportunities.
- Help to define and prioritize strategic initiatives to drive market impact, client adoption and revenue growth.
- Work in a team with commercialization, regional, product and sales leads to design commercialization strategies and playbooks for the trade product suite that address the unique needs, opportunities, and competitive trends of each regional market/audience, ensuring alignment with the global Trade & Working Capital value proposition while maximizing local impact.
- Create client-facing materials that are compelling, topical, and solution-oriented, while working with Product and Controls to ensure a pristine controls environment and an accurate communication of product nuances to the client.
- Continuously re-evaluate our competitive positioning vs. established and emerging players and business models.
- Support the creation and maintenance of a country/market level and pan-region inventory of available offerings; augment with strategic overlay of industry solutions.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Excellent visual communication skills and attention to detail to produce polished, impressive and compelling materials for key stakeholders both internal and external.
- Data analytics skills and good data literacy – strong ability to analyze problems and accurately reflect solutions.
- Experience or equivalent expertise in product management, sales, or a relevant domain area.
- Developing knowledge level of the product set and its value to clients.
