As the Head of Cross Product Commercial Strategy within Global Payments, you will drive the go-to-market strategy for the full suite of treasury services product solutions across the Commercial and Investment Bank customer base globally. In this newly created role, you will be a part of a leadership team working to position J.P. Morgan’s Treasury Services offerings for maximum market impact, client adoption, and revenue growth.

Working closely with cross-functional partners, you and your team will work on identification and build-out of key client personas, segmentation definition, opportunity discovery for cross-product solutions, and defining commercial strategies by client segmentation and industry nuances.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with regional, product and segment leads to design commercialization strategies and playbooks for TS product suite that address the unique needs, opportunities, and competitive trends of each regional market / audience, ensuring alignment with the global TS value proposition while maximizing local impact.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and product leads to identify prioritized areas of opportunity for new cross-product solutions or refreshing existing solutions.
  • Proactive assembly of cross-product solution bundles and positioning development based on client feedback and real-life patterns/trends.
  • Partner with product teams to develop and execute commercialization strategies focused on maximizing return on investment for both new and existing capabilities.
  • Builds a cohesive team through strong communication, team involvement, and strong leadership.
  • Develop operating models collaboratively across a highly matrixed and global team.
  • Champion the integration of client, PSS, and sales organization feedback into product roadmap and investment planning processes, ensuring commercialization efforts are client-centric and aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Serve as a key partner to TS Product, Marketing, Digital and Partnerships teams to translate business priorities into comprehensive strategic roadmaps and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Serve as a key partner to support major new product launches.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Experience with strategy, management consulting or related function.
  • Strong understanding of the payments and treasury services landscape, including market trends and competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent team-building and leadership skills.
  • Strong influencing and partnership / collaboration skills.
  • Strong executive presence, comfortable interacting with and presenting to all levels of management.
  • A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, strong work ethic, proactively setting and achieving challenging goals, ability to work independently, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, flexible / adaptable to changing environment and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Demonstrated strong ability to analyze problems, communicate effectively and confidently (both verbal and written).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a matrixed organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights to drive decision-making.
