Overview
As a VP in JPMorganChase’s Commercial & Investment Bank, you shape the segment growth strategy for Global Financial Institutions Payments, driving global pipeline and orchestrating cross-functional campaigns. You will partner with Sales, Industry, and Payments Marketing to translate client needs into scalable engagement programs. You’ll lead end-to-end demand initiatives, balance global consistency with local relevance, and report on performance to senior stakeholders. This role offers strategic impact in a high-growth, cross-border environment with potential people management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Define the global segment growth strategy and integrated campaign approach
- Design and run full-funnel demand programs (acquisition, lifecycle, ABM, partner motions)
- Collaborate with regional teams to localize strategy and activate demand in-market
- Act as primary day-to-day partner to senior sales, managing pipeline reviews and quarterly inputs
- Oversee intake and prioritization of segment marketing needs with clear build-for-whom decisions
- Align with Product Marketing GTM plans, journeys, and performance-driven iterations
- Establish service-level agreements to ensure timely delivery of inputs and assets
- Scale industry relevance with modular industry tracks and proof points
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and report on status, dependencies, and outcomes
- Capture learnings to improve scalability and impact over time
Key requirements
- Formal training or marketing certification and 5+ years of applied marketing experience
- Proven track record building and optimizing multi-channel B2B marketing programs with measurable outcomes
- Experience delivering full-funnel marketing programs for targeted accounts, including ABM and lifecycle engagement
- Strong stakeholder management in a matrixed, globally dispersed organization
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills for senior stakeholder alignment
- Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams in ambiguous environments
- Deep knowledge of marketing channels, demand generation mechanics, and KPI-driven pipeline/revenue impact
