We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Martech Product Manager to support the delivery of martech initiatives across multiple markets. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams and help drive the successful execution of martech projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and efficient use of resources.

Job Responsibilities
- Support the Martech squad in delivering enhancements for marketing technology, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and user needs.
- Assist in building platform capabilities and monitoring KPIs to measure the success of initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, data and marketing partners to specify feature details, create user stories, manage scrum ceremonies, drive Agile delivery and UAT.
- Provide data-backed recommendations across multiple concurrent projects; assist in designing and implementing product testing strategies around these recommendations.
- Help prioritise and manage trade-offs to ensure successful delivery of features to production that meet customer needs.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides and release notes.
- Build strong partnerships with controls and governance teams to deploy effective solutions in a regulated industry.
- Drive user adoption and satisfaction through effective communication and training programs.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and relevant technologies impacting the squad.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business-related area.
- Experience in a related role, with focused experience in martech.
- Strong organisation and project coordination, with familiarity using Agile methodologies and expertise supporting complex projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams with excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical skills to help identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Comfortable with and adaptable to change in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience supporting relationships with external partners and diligence in assisting with budgets and financials.
- Experience within fintech or regulated industry desirable.
