You’ll partner closely with the Product Marketing Lead to deliver the execution of go-to-market plans and partner with Product, Growth, Operations, and many other teams to translate customer insights into clear messaging, high-impact content, and measurable GTM and product activation plans. This is an ideal role for someone who’s analytical, a strong communicator, and eager to learn the full spectrum of product marketing within banking.Curiosity, inquisitiveness, and agility are equally important. We’re looking for someone passionate about the customer experience, who would excel in a hyper-collaborative, fast-moving environment, able to challenge and be challenged in order to deliver the best product experience to a growing customer base.Job ResponsibilitiesHelp build and maintain product documentation/product one-pagers which include market and competitive analysis, research briefing, customer segmentation and messaging guidelines etcSupport feature and product launches, while maintaining alignment on timelines, internal enablement, asset briefing and creation, and cross functional coordinationTrack performance of product, launches, campaigns and assets, including working with product or growth counterparts on experimentation or funnel optimisationKeep deliverables on track with clear owners and timelines Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsBachelor’s degree, ideally in a marketing or communications related areaExperience in product marketing, growth marketing, product management, or relevant analytical/communications roleStrong stakeholder management, project management and organisational skillsAbility to translate complex ideas into digestible conceptsExperience with crafting GTM/launch plansAnalytical mindset: basic ability to interpret metrics, cohort data, customer segmentation, and campaign performance; basic proficiency with spreadsheetsComfortable with and adaptable to change.
