Overview
In this global role, you will lead the Goals-Based Planning and Engage advisory framework for the International Private Bank across Europe, the Middle East and Africa from London. You will elevate the quality and consistency of goals-based wealth guidance, aligning client outcomes with a scalable advisory process. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to refine the platform, drive adoption, and deliver measurable growth in fee-based assets. This is a chance to shape how UHNW clients realize their financial goals through structured, non-discretionary advice.
Responsibilities
- Deliver advisor enablement through training and advocacy of the goals-based advisory framework
- Reinforce the advisory approach in team conversations and meetings
- Participate in prospect and client meetings to demonstrate the framework
- Collaborate with the Mumbai-based Goals-Based Planning team to structure and present wealth analyses clearly
- Build and maintain strong regional stakeholder partnerships to promote framework adoption
- Ensure the quality of client plans reflects desired outcomes and provide actionable feedback to product teams
- Use the advisor dashboard to monitor outliers and drive proactive resolution of issues
- Promote awareness of guidelines and procedures to advisors
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Experience in asset allocation, portfolio management, or as a private bank advisor
- Proven expertise advising on asset allocation for complex portfolios and UHNW clients
- Strong understanding of portfolio analytics and risk management concepts
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable guidance
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and people skills to influence across diverse teams
- Polished written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Composure under pressure, prioritization, and meticulous attention to detail
