Overview
In this role you enable the CEO's agenda through disciplined planning, clear communication, and reliable delivery. You work with senior stakeholders to structure plans, ensure accountability, and produce executive-ready materials that support timely leadership decisions. You help maintain governance and remove bottlenecks, contributing to scalable execution across the International Private Bank.
Responsibilities
- Ensure day-to-day operational excellence by planning ahead, managing competing deadlines, and delivering reliably under pressure
- Establish and maintain initiative governance including action logs, dependency tracking, risk/issue registers, and delivery timelines; follow through to closure
- Produce executive-ready materials for senior leadership forums (agendas, pre-reads, notes, decision capture, progress updates) with high quality control
- Coordinate leadership communications to ensure consistent messaging, detail accuracy, and disciplined version control across sensitive materials; summarize implications, delivery risks, and leadership asks
- Plan and drive content and coordinate logistics for International Private Bank leadership meetings (weekly meetings, management meetings, offsites)
- Support planning processes by coordinating inputs, validating assumptions, and aligning deliverables with CEO priorities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and partners to accelerate execution and improve end-to-end accountability
- Support process improvement initiatives to increase scalability and execution velocity in a fast-paced, growing business with clear ownership and measurable outcomes
Key requirements
- Bachelorβs degree (or equivalent experience)
- Relevant experience in private banking, wealth management, or closely related financial services with exposure to COO-style execution or strategic initiative delivery
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through in a high-velocity environment
- Proven ability to prepare polished, executive-level written materials and presentations
- Strong stakeholder management skills and sound judgment handling sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
