In this role, you will lead the integration of acquisitions within ICB Corporate Development, ensuring smooth transitions and value realisation across product, technology, and operations. You will work closely with senior leaders to govern delivery, manage cross-functional workstreams, and maintain robust stakeholder communications. The position offers exposure to high-impact, cross-functional initiatives pivotal to ICB’s strategy and growth. You will shape integration playbooks and partner with senior teams to deliver against strategic milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end integration of acquisitions across the ICB portfolio with Day 1 planning and execution across multiple functions.
  • Own Integration Management Office activities: set priorities, track progress, ensure accountability across workstreams.
  • Develop and implement integration strategies with senior leaders to realise business value and milestones.
  • Serve as primary contact for integration communications, reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Collaborate with business leaders on evaluating new partnerships and acquisitions including due diligence and integration planning.
  • Own governance and controls framework across initiatives aligning with firmwide standards.
  • Lead portfolio management across partnerships, acquisitions, and investments, tracking status, dependencies, and delivery against objectives.

Key requirements

  • Experience in corporate development, corporate strategy, integration/programme management, business management, product/strategy & operations, or similar roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex integrations or large-scale programmes, ideally in product, technology, or financial services.
  • Strong business-management capabilities including governance, planning, and controls.
  • Familiarity with agile (Scrum, Kanban) and waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide insights.
  • Experience delivering executive-level presentations and using data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders and C-suite.
