As a Finance & Business Management, Digital & Platform Services Associate in Business Management, you will support the Office of the COO by coordinating priorities, insights, and executive-ready communications. You will operate horizontally across teams and lines of business, bringing context, structure, and follow-through to complex initiatives. You will help translate strategy into measurable progress and clear messaging for senior leadership. You will be part of a collaborative team that values your perspective and empowers you to drive meaningful outcomes.

Job responsibilities:

  • Partner with Digital & Platform Services leaders to drive top priorities and key areas of focus.
  • Coordinate cross-functional planning and execution across Human Resources, Finance, Business Management, and Communications.
  • Support strategic narratives and leadership communications for major firmwide and business events.
  • Track objectives and key results (OKRs) against defined metrics, escalating risks and preparing leadership-ready updates.
  • Draft and coordinate internal announcements and communications plans, incorporating stakeholder feedback.
  • Monitor engagement and feedback signals to inform future communications and improve reach.
  • Conduct ad hoc, data-driven analyses to support decision-making, synthesising findings into concise insights.
  • Create context and storytelling for accomplishments and key initiatives, tailoring messages to audiences.
  • Facilitate preparation for recurring leadership meetings and town halls, including materials and follow-ups.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience supporting cross-functional work with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, building relationships across levels in a global environment.
  • Experience developing executive-ready messaging and materials for senior leadership.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation tools (Excel and PowerPoint), including intermediate-to-advanced features.
  • Ability to understand business objectives and identify meaningful metrics aligned to those objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and stakeholders, prioritising effectively and meeting deadlines.
  • Curiosity about technology, data, artificial intelligence, and financial services, with interest in industry trends.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Working knowledge of generative AI tools and their application to process improvement and productivity.
  • Experience simplifying complex strategy into clear, coherent messages for senior leaders and broad audiences.
  • Familiarity with dashboards or reporting in support of an OKR framework.
  • Internship or early-career experience in strategy and/or consulting environments.
