You will partner with trading, sales, and technology teams to drive strategic and financial objectives, enhance business performance, and deliver on key initiatives. Your work will help ensure the business operates efficiently and effectively, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will have the opportunity to influence solutions, drive innovation, and contribute to the success of a global leader in financial markets.Job responsibilitiesCoordinate and execute strategic and financial objectives for the EMEA Rates businessPartner with Rates Trading and Sales teams to drive the front office agendaIdentify and support opportunities to grow the business and client revenuesCollaborate with technology to advance the electronic trading agenda and resolve business challengesInfluence solutions to market structure changes and drive related initiativesConduct competitive benchmarking and market analysisPrepare and communicate business strategy, performance, and priorities to senior managementAssist in planning revenues, headcount, expenses, and investment initiativesOversee business efficiency and controls, including budget tracking and cost managementPartner with Financial Controllers to develop financial reporting and key MISAct as a liaison between Front Office and support groups to manage operations and implement initiativesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBachelor’s degreeStrong project management skillsGood understanding of Global Rates market structure and Rates product knowledgeExceptional verbal and written communication skillsSound judgment, maturity, and ability to influence senior stakeholdersAnalytical skills with the ability to develop and present clear conclusionsSelf-starter with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlinesDisciplined approach to managing processes and controlsEnergetic, effective under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and data manipulation skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointStrong presentation skillsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsKnowledge of Rates operating model, finance structure, regulatory environment, and capital frameworkExperience supporting Rates or Fixed Income businessesExperience collaborating with technology teams on trading platforms or process improvementsExperience with financial reporting and management information systems (MIS)Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global organizationAbility to drive process improvement and strategic initiativesExperience in managing costs and budgets within a financial institutionJ.P.
