JP Morgan Personal Investing is looking for an experienced and motivated ISA Operations Associate to lead a division of the ISA Transfers team. You will have demonstrable experience with ISA transfers ideally using the Equisoft / Altus platform, a desire for continuous improvement and some experience of team management or supervision. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of the cash and asset Transfer process for ISA, JISA, LISA and GIA, and includes oversight of LISA House Purchase. This is a demanding but rewarding role with significant opportunity for growth. Conduct instruction verification, QC and reconciliations. Lead transformation processes.Effectively manage a geographically spread team and support their career development. Experience with ISA cash and asset transfers ideally using the Equisoft platform. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in the office on a full-time basis.
