As a Strategic Index Trader – Associate or Vice President in the Commodity Indices team, you will price vanilla and exotic structures on indices, manage daily risk for the Commodity Index book, and participate in strategic initiatives to improve business architecture.
You will work closely with traders, operations, and infrastructure groups to support a “one team” approach, and help develop automated tools to enhance the risk management platform.

Manage daily risk for the Commodity Index book (linear and non-linear).
Collaborate with operations and infrastructure groups to support a “one team” approach.
Participate in strategic initiatives to improve and evolve processes and business architecture.
Work closely with traders to develop automated tools and enhance the risk management platform.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience in pricing and risk management of linear and non-linear payoffs.
Extensive understanding of technical aspects of exotics risk management.
Good understanding of commodities market structure.
Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate, explain, and challenge as appropriate.
Strong problem-solving, control, and project management skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience in managing a risk book in commodities.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Familiarity with systematic strategies and index trading.
