Join J.P. Morgan Private Bank’s Marketing team and shape the local marketing strategy for our EMEA business across Europe and the Middle East - driving client engagement, brand growth, and new client acquisition. In this role, you will shape the bank’s market presence and marketing plans while influencing senior stakeholders. You will directly lead local strategy and plans for the Nordics, Benelux, UK, MENAT, and Emerging Markets, and partner closely with the Channel Marketing Executive for DACH and Southern Europe to deliver an integrated EMEA approach.

As a Channel Marketing Lead, EMEA Private Bank, you will define and drive the local marketing strategy, planning, and execution framework across 12 EMEA markets, ensuring market plans align to EMEA priorities and deliver measurable impact. You will partner with local Market Managers and Business Managers to translate business objectives into market-level strategies, narratives, and integrated plans. Working in close partnership with the Channel Marketing Executive for DACH and Southern Europe, you will ensure consistent go-to-market execution, share best practices, and coordinate activity across the region.

You will translate core business objectives into robust market plans and lead execution through a clear roadmap of deliverables. In collaboration with the EMEA Marketing team and Centers of Excellence, you will deliver an integrated program of activity across event amplification, tailored content, paid media, local partnerships, and digital experiences, and more.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee creation and development of EMEA local marketing strategy and planning across 12 markets, ensuring alignment to regional priorities and business outcomes.
  • Directly lead local marketing strategy and plans for Nordics, Benelux, UK, MENAT, and Emerging Markets, acting as the senior marketing partner to market leadership.
  • Partner closely with the Channel Marketing Executive for DACH and Southern Europe to ensure joined-up EMEA execution, shared planning principles, and consistent measurement.
  • Partner with Senior Leadership and key stakeholders in each market to understand business objectives and translate them into a robust, client-centric marketing strategy and plan.
  • Develop and execute market-level plans that elevate brand presence, Private Bank capabilities, and product offering relevance with UHNW clients and prospects, with measurable results.
  • Manage and deliver integrated programs of activity, including: paid media, exclusive partnerships, bespoke campaigns, localized content, digital experiences, and social amplification.
  • Propose new strategic marketing initiatives for UHNW segments aligned with market priorities to drive growth with new and existing clients.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence and Digital teams to analyze engagement metrics, commercial results, and ROI; optimize plans based on performance insights.
  • Lead development of local market narrative, messaging, and brand positioning, ensuring alignment with regional brand strategy while reflecting local market nuance.
  • Drive local market initiatives and campaigns and amplify local activities externally in coordination with central EMEA Marketing and relevant COEs.
  • Manage local marketing budgets and resources for your direct markets, ensuring disciplined prioritization and effective allocation.
  • Lead annual planning and cadence: schedule and coordinate annual strategic planning with market leadership; run quarterly strategy/measurement sessions; adapt plans throughout the year.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with SMEs; manage key regional stakeholders; partner with global and regional partners as required.
  • Drive adoption of marketing tools and platforms for advisors (e.g., facilitate social training sessions with the Global Social Media Team; represent Marketing in market huddles).
  • Own local office webpages for your direct markets, ensuring timely and relevant content, “In the News” updates, and ongoing hygiene maintenance.
  • Act as a conduit between local market teams and central EMEA Marketing, surfacing insights, market trends, and activity learnings to improve regional effectiveness.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Marketing strategy experience in financial services or related industries.
  • Strong strategic planning, delivery of marketing activities & organizational skills.
  • Data-driven marketing approach with experience in audience analysis, segmentation, and performance measurement.
  • Understanding of the EMEA region and macroeconomic landscape.
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects; adhere to deadlines, deliver results and can work independently.
  • Proven ability to lead, influence, and align across cross-functional teams, while interacting with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
