Overview
In this role you will support the CCOR Audit Team in London, driving assurance over governance and operational risk. You will execute and contribute to audits across Employee Compliance, Regulatory Management, Surveillance, and related controls, while collaborating with global Internal Audit colleagues. You’ll finalize findings, offer actionable improvements, and stay informed on regulatory developments to sustain robust coverage. Responsibilities
- Execute and document audit engagements, owning assigned tasks and delivering quality outputs
- Collaborate with global Internal Audit teams including Technology, Data Analytics, and regional/LB teams
- Finalize findings and provide an overall opinion on control environment with improvement recommendations
- Communicate findings to management and identify opportunities to strengthen key controls
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory developments to drive ongoing audit coverage
- Foster a culture of integrity, diversity, excellence, and innovation
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders during audits and continuous monitoring efforts
- Protect confidentiality of Internal Audit communications and information according to policy
Key requirements
- Experience in internal or external auditing or compliance monitoring and controls management
- Strong understanding of internal control concepts and risk-based evaluation across business and technology domains
- Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to present issues to senior management
- Strong analytical skills to assess probability and impact of control weaknesses
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, depends under pressure, and accountable
