Overview
In this Analytics Solution VP role within the Business Architecture team, you’ll help modernize how we forecast and budget, leveraging finance, data, and process design expertise to enable scalable planning and analysis. You work hands-on across advisory, architecture, development and delivery to connect processes, data products, and models into a cohesive experience. You partner with Finance and Technology to deliver lasting change in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Rearchitect and streamline end-to-end forecasting and budgeting processes
- Translate business needs into designs, prototypes, and production-ready solutions
- Build working proofs of concept to validate approaches and accelerate delivery
- Contribute to the design and architecture of forecasting and budgeting capabilities from data sourcing to downstream consumption
- Analyze complex, cross-functional problems and deliver actionable solutions
- Partner with Finance and Technology to develop strategic solutions and support transformation objectives
- Drive delivery of multi-team, cross-functional projects
Key requirements
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to work independently in ambiguous situations
- Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, and modeling across various finance and workforce datasets
- Deeply data-driven with hands-on experience analyzing detailed data and validating approaches
- Experience designing scalable solutions and rearchitecting business processes across functions
- Ability to collaborate with and influence global teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts to varied audiences, including product demonstrations
- Experience in a product environment with knowledge of product management, agile methodologies, and the software development life cycle
