You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technology partners to understand operational needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, and ensure successful adoption of AI-driven tools. You’ll help foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, making a tangible impact on our business. Your work will contribute to optimizing processes and driving efficiency across the team.Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms to address operational challengesDeploy AI/ML solutions for process automation, anomaly detection, document intelligence, and workflow optimizationArchitect and oversee generative AI applications to automate and enhance business processesBuild and maintain production-grade AI/ML applications and tools for Market OperationsMonitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of deployed models and solutionsAnalyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automationCollaborate with subject matter experts to gather requirements, validate solutions, and measure impactDocument methodologies, results, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and scalabilityStay current with AI/ML advancements and apply relevant techniques to business problemsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Strong foundation in AI/ML concepts and practical experience with data analysis, feature engineering, and model developmentExperience working with large, complex datasets and applying statistical analysisHands-on experience training, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in production environmentsProficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)Experience with MLOps practices and tools for managing the machine learning lifecycleExperience building and deploying Generative AI applications, including familiarity with LLMOpsExposure to cloud platforms (such as AWS, GCP, Azure)Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in small teamsAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders and non-technical audiencesPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related fieldExperience in financial services, banking, or Markets Operations environmentsJ.P.
