Responsibilities
- Transform strategic plans into high‑impact programs and projects across multiple business units
- Oversee program execution with a focus on alignment to strategy, risk mitigation, and on‑time delivery
- Use data analytics to monitor progress, inform decisions, and adjust as needed to meet commitments
- Build and lead diverse teams, delegate tasks, and foster continuous learning and growth
- Engage with senior management and stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues
Key requirements
- Extensive experience managing or supporting system migration and implementation projects in financial services or asset management
- Knowledge of the asset management business and trade lifecycle
- Hands-on production support experience and maintenance of runbooks for operational procedures
- Proven track record in outsourcing operations or working with third-party service providers in a middle office setting
- Strong understanding of middle office functions, especially in fixed income operations and trade support
- Adept at triaging operational issues to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption
- Commitment to data integrity, including data conversion, reconciliation, and related processes
- Collaborative experience with fund administrators for accurate fund accounting and reporting
