Overview
In this AI-driven transformation role, you will oversee a multi-year program that links HR and Technology to strategic outcomes. You will translate executive intent into measurable roadmaps, drive governance and cadence, and ensure disciplined delivery across workstreams. You’ll partner with engineering, product, HR, and control functions to improve processes, enable adoption, and realize benefits. The role combines transformation leadership with AI-enabled delivery to shape how the firm operates and competes.
Responsibilities
- Translate OC priorities into problem statements, target outcomes, roadmaps, and success metrics
- Drive governance and operating cadence (OKRs/KPIs, RAID, dependency tracking, executive materials) for predictable execution
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans across teams and vendors, including milestones and cutover planning
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, and HR to clarify scope, value, and success measures
- Support change and adoption planning, readiness, communications, and benefits realization
- Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation decisions
- Produce executive-ready reporting with concise narratives and data visualization
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement through workshops and decision forums
- Strengthen delivery discipline through modern practices and operating rhythm improvements
- Stay current on industry trends and translate best practices into pragmatic approaches
- Champion AI fluency and responsible adoption of agentic capabilities in delivery
- Support experimentation and learning loops with pilots and lessons learned
Key requirements
- 5+ years in technology program delivery, transformation, or portfolio management in a large organization
- Ability to coordinate delivery across multiple teams and stakeholder groups
- Strong strategic and analytical capability with data-driven metrics (OKRs/KPIs)
- Experience with risk/issue management and governance hygiene
- Ability to support adoption activities (communications, readiness, training, benefits tracking)
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) and appropriate application
- High adaptability and structured problem-solving in ambiguous environments
- Technical fluency across modern platforms and digital tools
- AI fluency and curiosity to evaluate agentic tools for delivery transparency and governance
