Overview
In this AI Product Manager role within the AI for Operations team, you will shape product strategy and lead cross-functional groups to build agentic AI pipelines that automate bank workflows. You will translate needs into clear roadmaps, own the product lifecycle, and drive decisions from discovery to launch. You’ll partner with researchers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes. This role offers meaningful impact at enterprise scale and opportunities for growth in AI-enabled operations.
Responsibilities
- Identify AI-driven opportunities to improve business outcomes and operations
- Translate needs into product strategy, priorities, and actionable requirements
- Own roadmaps and write PRDs
- Lead cross-functional teams from concept through launch
- Drive day-to-day decisions across product, design, and engineering to achieve measurable results
- Present direction and trade-offs to leaders to secure alignment
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in product management or a related technical role
- Proven ability to own full product lifecycle and execute through launch
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through technical and non-technical decisions
- Working knowledge of large language model architectures and methods (prompting, context engineering, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, model context protocols, agentic frameworks)
