As an AI Knowledge Enablement Senior Associate in the AI Enablement team within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will support the design, delivery, and scaling of AI upskilling, awareness, and change management initiatives. You will help employees understand where AI shows up in day-to-day tools and how to adopt AI capabilities responsibly. You will maintain a centralized AI Tool Inventory and support a structured communications approach to AI across the Commercial & Investment Bank. You will work across a diverse set of partners to drive adoption, engagement, and continuous improvement. You will help translate complex AI, technical, and regulatory topics into clear, practical materials that teams can use.
Job Responsibilities
- Support and deliver cross Commercial & Investment Bank AI upskilling initiatives from design through implementation and continuous improvement.
- Deliver AI training that builds foundational AI literacy.
- Support change management activities that promote responsible AI adoption and embed AI into everyday ways of working.
- Develop and maintain an AI Tool Inventory as a one-stop shop for information on AI tools, ensuring content stays accurate, current, and aligned with firm policies.
- Conduct analysis to identify gaps in existing AI upskilling and awareness initiatives and support targeted solutions to close gaps.
- Draft and refine communications materials, including intranet content, newsletters, and leadership talking points, to support a multi-layered AI communications strategy.
- Track progress and engagement across AI knowledge initiatives, reviewing participation, feedback, and adoption data to identify where additional interventions are needed.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in communications and/or upskilling, learning, and development roles.
- Foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative artificial intelligence, including basic prompt engineering concepts, key risks, and responsible AI principles in a regulated environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to translate complex AI, technical, and regulatory topics into clear, concise, practical materials.
- Proven ability to deliver multiple initiatives to conclusion across a diverse group of partners while managing competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including ability to analyze data and produce clear, well-structured materials.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and learning agility, with ability to quickly assimilate new AI tools, policies, and regulatory developments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
