Overview

Responsibilities
- Lead a team delivering AI/ML solutions with commercial outcomes across people-focused domains
- Direct the full research lifecycle from problem framing to production results
- Develop model factories and evaluation pipelines aligned to product benchmarks
- Advance agentic and evaluation-driven development, including multi-agent orchestration in regulated settings
- Translate models into cost reductions, capability expansion, and improved employee experience
- Promote technique reuse and partner with vendors where value is added
- Collaborate with technology teams to architect scalable, enterprise-grade data and analytics systems
- Prioritize R&D resources by impact and measurable business results
- Communicate significance to senior leadership and pursue patents/publications as warranted
- Ensure compliance with applicable controls, policies, and procedures
Key requirements
- Significant experience in AI and Data Science
- Proven success in leading and managing teams
- Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative discipline
- Expertise with modern AI/ML algorithms and software for enterprise-scale solutions
- Hands-on experience with agentic engineering and multi-agent orchestration
- Practical experience with statistical data analysis and experimental design
- Practical software development experience in collaborative settings
