Overview
In this role you join a two-year, three-rotation program designed to build your analytics, project management, and process improvement capabilities. You will work across lines of business to drive growth, innovation and strategic execution while contributing to operational effectiveness and risk management. The program emphasizes hands-on training followed by rotations that deepen your technical and leadership skills. It offers a clear path to your next role within the firm and exposure to global clients and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Analytics: turn data into insight by analyzing business-relevant data and presenting concise findings to stakeholders
- Project Management: participate in project life cycles, coordinate resources, monitor progress, and formulate practical solutions
- Process Improvement: contribute to initiatives that simplify processes, consolidate data, test hypotheses, and develop change materials

- Well-rounded academic background
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to digest large information sets and develop innovative solutions with attention to detail
