In this role you will own end-to-end engineering deliverables for the Research Platform, shaping scalable, cloud-native solutions. You will work with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technology, while promoting best practices and a fast-moving, agentic SDLC. You’ll mentor engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning within a product-focused environment. You’ll influence the tech strategy, evaluating new tools to strengthen the stack and support the firm’s research initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own end-to-end deliverables across the Research Platform
- Architect and design platform-first solutions balancing multiple stakeholders
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
- Champion engineering best practices and evolve our agentic SDLC
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation
- Operate with a product-first mindset to execute effectively
- Contribute to the evolution of the teams technology strategy and evaluate emerging tools and frameworks
