b Overview /b p You join J.P. Morgan’s Milan-based Investment Banking team to help build a new business vertical across EMEA. In this role you participate in the full deal cycle, from pitches to execution, supporting analysts and more senior bankers. You will work closely with cross-functional colleagues and travel as needed to execute transactions. This is an opportunity to contribute to strategic client engagements within a global leader known for its client-centric approach and scale. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Build complex financial models and valuation analyses /li li Prepare and present internal committee memoranda and client materials for M A transactions /li li Monitor market developments and knowledge of deal structuring and execution /li li Collaborate with industry, country, and product teams during origination and execution /li li Organize and project-manage M A processes; support due diligence, deal documentation and announcements /li li Liaise with clients, advisers, and regulators as appropriate /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Prior investment banking experience /li li Strong academic background from a top-tier institution /li li Outstanding financial modelling skills /li li Understanding of the transaction cycle and steps in the process /li li Excellent communication with senior professionals and stakeholders /li li Interest in and focus on M A structuring /li li Eagerness to learn and grow in corporate finance /li li Fluent in Italian and English /li li Solid understanding of broader IB products /li li Experience in dealing with clients and other advisers /li /ul ul li excellent communication /li li self-motivated and entrepreneurial /li li ability to work independently /li li financial modelling /li li valuation /li li M A analysis /li /ul
