b Overview /b p In this role you will support both origination and execution of mandates in the EMEA Technology franchise. You will own valuation workstreams and prepare client materials, contributing to M A, equity and debt transactions. You will manage day-to-day execution on live mandates, coordinate due diligence, and interface with senior bankers and client management. You will receive formal training and mentoring as you build a full toolkit of valuation, structuring, and client engagement. This role offers meaningful impact within a leading global bank and a collaborative, inclusive culture. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Build and own valuation analysis (DCF, trading and transaction comps, LBO, accretion/dilution, merger consequences) /li li Lead day-to-day execution of live mandates (diligence, workstream planning, adviser management) /li li Prepare pitch materials, management/Board presentations, and transaction documentation for M A, equity and debt capital markets /li li Conduct transaction structuring and capital structure analysis to form defensible recommendations /li li Engage with senior team members and client management to execute transactions and discuss strategic alternatives /li li Supervise and review analysts, ensuring accuracy of outputs /li li Develop and maintain sector coverage via company/sub-sector profiles and thematic work /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Over four years’ investment banking experience with a track record on executed M A and capital markets transactions /li li Ability to engage with clients directly in person and virtually /li li Proven financial modelling and valuation skills on live transactions /li li Ability to prioritise and deliver across concurrent projects under deadlines /li li Collaborative approach and willingness to coach junior colleagues /li li Excellent attention to detail and ownership of accuracy in models, documents and data /li li Excellent written and verbal English communication /li li Highly organised and proactive with ability to run workstreams with limited supervision /li /ul ul li collaborative mindset /li li coaching and mentoring junior colleagues /li li strong communication skills /li li financial modelling /li li DCF /li li trading comparables /li /ul
