b Overview /b p In this global role, you will lead the Goals-Based Planning and Engage advisory framework for the International Private Bank across Europe, the Middle East and Africa from London. You will elevate the quality and consistency of goals-based wealth guidance, aligning client outcomes with a scalable advisory process. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to refine the platform, drive adoption, and deliver measurable growth in fee-based assets. This is a chance to shape how UHNW clients realize their financial goals through structured, non-discretionary advice. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Deliver advisor enablement through training and advocacy of the goals-based advisory framework /li li Reinforce the advisory approach in team conversations and meetings /li li Participate in prospect and client meetings to demonstrate the framework /li li Collaborate with the Mumbai-based Goals-Based Planning team to structure and present wealth analyses clearly /li li Build and maintain strong regional stakeholder partnerships to promote framework adoption /li li Ensure the quality of client plans reflects desired outcomes and provide actionable feedback to product teams /li li Use the advisor dashboard to monitor outliers and drive proactive resolution of issues /li li Promote awareness of guidelines and procedures to advisors /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline, or equivalent experience /li li Experience in asset allocation, portfolio management, or as a private bank advisor /li li Proven expertise advising on asset allocation for complex portfolios and UHNW clients /li li Strong understanding of portfolio analytics and risk management concepts /li li Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable guidance /li li Exceptional emotional intelligence and people skills to influence across diverse teams /li li Polished written, verbal, and presentation skills /li li Composure under pressure, prioritization, and meticulous attention to detail /li li Collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement /li /ul ul li emotional intelligence /li li communication /li li collaboration /li li asset allocation /li li portfolio management /li li risk management concepts /li /ul
