b Overview /b p As Global Real Estate - EMEA Program Manager you will steer end-to-end real estate programs across the region to deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll act as the main liaison for business partners, translating needs into actionable plans and governance. In a fast-paced setting, you’ll solve problems with data while reinforcing safety, quality, and space standards. This role offers scope to drive reporting, controls, and continuous improvements within a cross-functional Real Estate team. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead projects through full lifecycle from planning to closeout /li li Own plans, schedules, budgets, and resourcing to achieve business outcomes /li li Monitor scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality with clear mitigations /li li Reinforce facility and workplace standards including safety and energy efficiency /li li Develop project documentation and approvals (charters, TFAs, CERPs) with functional teams /li li Serve as single point of contact for line-of-business on updates and decisions /li li Partner with finance and business liaisons to confirm requirements and space demand /li li Coordinate Global Real Estate teams to align scope, milestones, and costs /li li Prepare standard and ad hoc reporting for senior management (status, RAG, budget-to-actuals) /li li Drive process improvement, quality, and controls to improve delivery consistency /li li Ensure seat supply outcomes are recorded in systems of record upon completion /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Solid experience in corporate real estate, property, workplace, or facilities-related project/program delivery /li li Experience leading end-to-end multi-stakeholder projects with schedule and budget accountability /li li Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor messages /li li Proven ability to influence and collaborate with internal partners /li li Experience working with senior stakeholders and governance forums with concise reporting /li li Strong organizational and time-management skills managing multiple projects /li li Ability to solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment with short timelines /li li Knowledge of space/occupancy concepts and real estate/performance metrics /li li Strong strategic planning capability translating business needs into deliverables and milestones /li /ul ul li communication /li li influence /li li collaboration /li li reporting /li li budget-to-actuals /li li governance /li /ul
