As a Lead Technical Program Manager at JPMorganChase within Digital Enablement, Payments Technology, part of the Commercial & Investment Bank; you will own the end-to-end product delivery of a suite of products used across the firm's commercial and investment banking businesses. You will partner closely with product and engineering leadership to translate complex requirements into executable delivery plans, coordinate releases across a distributed team, and serve as the primary delivery lead on a key client engagement. Your work will directly enable the firm's ability to serve clients securely, efficiently, and at scale.You will work in close partnership with the Product Owner to align requirements, prioritize delivery, and ensure that the right outcomes are achieved at the right time. The team spans multiple locations — including Plano, Houston, Jersey City, and India — and you will be expected to lead with clarity, consistency, and purpose across time zones and functions.Job responsibilitiesLead end-to-end product delivery across a suite of Identity & Access Management platforms, ensuring programs are executed on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives across the Commercial & Investment BankManage and develop a geographically distributed team, fostering a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementPartner with the Product Owner to gather, refine, and prioritize requirements, translating them into clear delivery plans with defined milestones, dependencies, and success criteriaOwn delivery execution for a key client engagement, coordinating across engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure commitments are met and risks are proactively managedDrive agile delivery practices across the team, including scrum cadence, sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives, using tools such as JIRA to maintain delivery visibilityIdentify, assess, and mitigate program risks and technical dependencies, implementing contingency plans to maintain momentum and protect delivery timelinesCoordinate cross-functional releases across distributed engineering teams, ensuring technical readiness, stakeholder alignment, and smooth deploymentLeverage enterprise-authorized AI-assisted tools to streamline program reporting, enhance planning accuracy, and deliver clear, data-driven insights to senior stakeholdersBuild and maintain strong working relationships with senior leaders, product owners, and engineering teams, influencing decision-making and driving alignment across a complex stakeholder landscapeRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsFormal training or certification on technical program management concepts and advanced applied experienceDemonstrated experience leading complex, large-scale technology programs within a matrixed organization, with ownership of delivery across multiple concurrent workstreamsProven ability to manage and lead large, geographically distributed teams, with a track record of building high-performing, collaborative delivery culturesTechnical fluency sufficient to understand engineering requirements, assess technical dependencies, and engage credibly with engineering teams on architecture, release coordination, and delivery trade-offsHands-on experience with agile delivery practices and scrum cadence, including proficiency with tools such as JIRA for backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery trackingAdvanced stakeholder management and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across cross-functional teamsDemonstrated ability to apply structured analytical reasoning to break down complex business and technical objectives into manageable, executable delivery plansPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience delivering programs within Identity & Access Management or a related cybersecurity or platform engineering domainFamiliarity with financial services technology environments and the regulatory and operational context in which they operateExperience managing client-facing technology engagements, including requirements coordination and delivery execution in partnership with business stakeholdersPrior experience leading delivery across teams distributed across the United States and India, with an understanding of the coordination and communication practices that drive success in that modelExperience using enterprise-authorized AI and automation tooling to drive efficiency in program governance, reporting, and release managementJ.P.
