b Overview /b p In this role you enable senior leadership by translating strategy into measurable progress and clear messaging. You will work across functions to coordinate priorities, craft executive-ready communications, and track OKRs in support of Digital Platform Services. You’ll operate across teams, bringing structure and follow-through to complex initiatives and helping leadership understand progress and impact. This is a collaborative, high-impact position within a global, fast-paced environment. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Partner with Digital Platform Services leaders to drive top priorities /li li Coordinate cross-functional planning across HR, Finance, Business Management, and Communications /li li Support strategic narratives and leadership communications for major events /li li Track OKRs against defined metrics and prepare leadership-ready updates /li li Draft and coordinate internal announcements and communications plans /li li Monitor engagement signals to inform future communications /li li Conduct ad hoc data-driven analyses to support decision-making /li li Create context and storytelling for accomplishments and key initiatives /li li Facilitate preparation for leadership meetings and town halls /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience supporting cross-functional work with strong attention to detail /li li Strong written and verbal communication skills across levels in a global environment /li li Experience developing executive-ready messaging and materials for senior leadership /li li Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, including advanced features /li li Ability to understand business objectives and identify meaningful metrics /li li Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and stakeholders, prioritizing effectively /li li Curiosity about technology, data, AI, and financial services, with interest in industry trends /li /ul ul li attention to detail /li li relationship building /li li cross-functional collaboration /li li Excel /li li PowerPoint /li li data-driven analysis /li /ul
