As a Vice President Commercial Manager in the UK Brokerage team, you will partner with senior commercial leadership to identify, prioritise, and deliver a portfolio of commercial initiatives across product, promotions, communications, and commercial strategy. You will own the commercial action roadmap, drive disciplined execution, and track impact to improve growth and cost efficiency. You will collaborate closely with product, growth, and commercial leadership to further optimise our commercial activities and deliver actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Shape and prioritise commercial initiatives across product, pricing/promotions, communications, and commercial strategy.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify high-impact actions and maintain a clear, prioritised pipeline/roadmap.
  • Measure effectiveness and ROI of initiatives through retrospectives and performance assessments.
  • Identify cost optimisation opportunities while supporting business growth.
  • Bring together key stakeholders to design and deliver commercial actions end-to-end.
  • Support decision-making to move initiatives forward.
  • Create execution roadmaps, business cases, and delivery plans, informing budget planning and investments.
  • Proactively remove blockers and resolve bottlenecks to keep delivery on track.
  • Identify capacity and process constraints, improving ways of working to increase delivery pace and volume.
  • Own central commercial assumptions for prioritised initiatives and report performance to surface new growth opportunities.
  • Track and report impact on key metrics (e.g., balances, new customers, product conversions).
  • Work with Product, Marketing, and Finance to understand how actions impact OKRs and P&L performance.
  • Lead regular performance updates and discussions with senior UK market leadership.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Relevant experience in product management, strategy consulting, or a relevant domain within financial services or technology.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, including business case development, performance reporting, and fluency in Excel.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional commercial initiatives from prioritisation through execution and performance tracking.
  • Experience in retail and consumer investment sectors, specifically online brokerage and self‑directed investments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership decisions.
  • Operational rigour, including running roadmaps, governance, and removing blockers to meet timelines.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL and/or Python.
  • European language skills (e.g., German) are a plus.
